Recently, the Irish National Adult Literacy Agency (NALA) ran a usability test for writeon.ie. All in all learners responded very well to the learning site. Testers liked the content, design and layout and had no real trouble with log in or finding the relevant sections. Nevertheless we received valuable feedback on a few issues that we will need to rethink in the presentation of the learning progress, which has to be aligned to the European certification model without showing its complexity. The end of March will see a last modification before a massive publicity is launched. Already now, Write On stars in the acclaimed TV series "Written Off". Developed with the Avallain Basic Skills System, the internet based e-learning portal for adult literacy learners offers highly interactive learning material allowing adults to improve their reading and writing skills.www.writeon.ie
